Don't let the aches and pains of 2015 return in 2016!

We all know sitting for long periods is not ideal. In this short video I have given the first of three of my favourite exercises to combat long periods of sitting. They can be done at the office or at home, if you have a high back chair then sit on the chair side-on with the back rest on the side you are rotating towards so it is not in the way.
