We all know sitting for long periods is not ideal. In this short video I have given the third and final of three of my favourite exercises to combat long periods of sitting. They can be done at the office or at home.  Focussing on hip mobility is a must for anyone who sits in a chair all day long, in order to avoid back pain or any other form of pain due to tight hips.

Make this a daily practise and you will start to see the benefit...
